DELIVERY
In-stock merchandise is generally shipped via UPS Ground within 24 hours of order receipt at Helinger Advertising. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified. Please include your name and phone number with your order. Next day or second day air shipment is available. Air freight charges will be billed.

INDIVIDUAL/PERSONAL ORDERS
To pay with personal checks or money orders please download the order form and fax or mail your order to our office for processing.

RETURN POLICY
With prior approval from Helinger Advertising, merchandise may be returned for credit, refund, or exchange. We will credit the full value of the merchandise, but not shipping and handling charges. Merchandise MUST be received in like new condition. Custom or personalized orders, of course, cannot be returned.

Merchandise up to $100.00 - Residence address	$12.50
Merchandise over $100.00 - Business address	9 1/2% of total
Merchandise over $100.00 - Residence address	9 1/2% of total + $3.00
